Beginners
This course is for absolute beginners and will take you through to Improver level in a fun but very structured and progressive system
You will learn all the basic steps, and be able to dance a short routine by the end of the course

Improvers levels 1 and 2
The Improvers course is for you if you have done the beginners course or 10 weeks of salsa, and wish to increase your confidence while dancing with a partner. We will review the basic steps and then teach the basic moves adding them together into easy to follow and lead dance routines also giving you the techniques to enable you to progress to the Intermediate course

Intermediate
This Intermediate course is for people who find the Improvers classes easyish but are a bit nervous of moving up or have just moved up to the Intermediate class
We will be taking the moves learnt in the improvers classes and teaching how to build up routines of your own, add in styling and footwork and of course, add more moves.
If you want to learn good leading and following techniques,
the techniques for single/double turns (mens and ladies), arms, fancy feet and sexy wiggles,
And want to be confident enough to take the open intermediate classes
then this is for you!

Advanced
This class is for Advanced dancers
You will have been dancing for some time and are able to lead and/or follow cross body style with relative ease. You find that, in the Intermediate classes, you are able to concentrate more on the style of a move as the actual moves are becoming easy to pick up.

Rueda

Beginners Rueda
Beginners Rueda is for those who have never done rueda but have been dancing salsa for at least 3 months. It covers all the basic moves in this fun style of salsa dancing.

Intermediate Rueda
This class is for those of you who already know all the basic steps and will cover some of the hundreds of other moves in a fun and friendly environment.
